Happiness

I am happy!! I love life!! I have learned lately that I am capable of way more than I ever thought possible. I can accomplish so many things if I just trust myself and jump in. I went mountain biking in St George a few weeks ago and I was going off of rocks that I never would have thought possible for me to accomplish. I just had to trust myself and trust my bike. There was a time when I went down this steep incline that ended in a drop to the ground. I went down it and lost control and ran into a tree. But, I put my head down and it was just my helmet that made contact with the tree branches. I was completely ok. It made me think about life and how we have to just go out and try things that make us uncomfortable and if we do fail we have our Savior to save us, just like my helmet saved me. Life is good.
